Shipping policy

Processing time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

 

Delivery time: Estimated delivery is 7–20 business days depending on your location. Please note delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or postal delays outside our control.

 

Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

 

Order tracking: Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

 

Customs and import taxes: For orders shipped within the EU, prices include applicable VAT. Orders delivered from outside the EU may be subject to additional charges collected at checkout or on delivery.
